It is a delight to be back singing Verdi in a marvellous opera that I love very much, Falstaff! From 4th to 16th September, I'm singing as Alice at the Wiener Staatsoper. It's always magical to be back in Vienna: this city and theatre are always in my heart. On this occasion, Vienna will be the start of two eagerly awaited months with Verdi. In October I will be Alice again, this time at the Bayerische Staatsoper, and on 10th October I will have the honour of singing in the Gala concert that the Parma Verdi Festival is organising to mark the anniversary of the composer's birth.
